NHSRA RCH PATTERN

NHSRA REINED COW HORSE RULES 2016-2018

 

Scheduled RCH at this time....

1. September 17, 2016- Lincoln County Fair Grounds, North Platte NE

2. Sunday, April 2, 2017 - Troy Saner Barn, Dunning NE (following the cuttings)

3. Friday, April 14, 2017 - Miller Quarter Horse Arena, Broken Bow NE @ 2PM

    (for stalls/hookups at Custer Co Fairgrounds call 308.870.2493)

4. Saturday, April 15, 2017(State Finals) - Miller Quarter Horse Arena, Broken Bow NE @ 10AM

**Points earned will count towards event standings, however, not towards the All Around.

     All Around points will be awarded from the state finals competition.

 

There will be 3 RCH events this year: 

Points earned will count towards event standings, however, not towards the All Around, due to this being an optional event in the NE High School Rodeo Association. All Around points will be awarded from the state finals competition.

RCH State Finals: 

State finals will be Saturday, April 15, 2017 @ 10AM at the Miller Quarter Horse Arena (7 miles from Broken Bow on Hwy 70)

NOTE-PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK THE BOX ON THE ENTRY FORM FOR STATE FINALS!! 

There will be a 1st go and a short go.  Contestants will be able to bring in a maximum of 30 points. 

Points for state finals will be awarded as follows:

(Maximum coming in) 30 points + (1st Go) 20 points + (Short Go) 15 points = National Qualifiers. 

 

RCH Terms

1. Using a point system similar to the other events at the NHSRA State Finals.

2. To be eligible to compete at the state finals, you must be listed in the top 30 of the event standings and have earned points.

3. The top 4 contestants in the RCH standings will be qualified to attend Nationals as part of the Nebraska team.
