Jason Ohm called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m.

Jasper Fanning moved to approve the minutes. Seconded by Levi Fisher. Motion Carried

The Board discussed rodeo approvals and that in the future renewal and new rodeo deadlines should be established.

Social Media platforms were discussed and Heather Kramer volunteered to administer the Association’s Facebook accounts.

The Board discussed the Association’s registered agent filing. Jasper Fanning moved to designate Melissa Kramer, the Association’s CPA, as the registered agent. Seconded by Jamie Olson. Motion Carried.

The Board discussed the secretarial positions. Adam Clark moved to begin the process of merging the two secretary positions. Seconded by Jasper Fanning. Motion Carried. Voting No: Sharlene Buss

The Board discussed the upcoming State Finals Rodeos and contracts. The topic will be on the agenda at upcoming meetings.

Heather Kramer moved to go into executive committee to discuss secretary position salary. Seconded by Jamie Olson. Motion Carried.

Jasper Fanning moved to come out of executive session. Seconded by Cooper McBride. Motion Carried.
